I was tricked into CrossFit back in 2008 when a friend of mine asked me to do a workout with kettlebells. After the workout I felt like I was hit by a truck and I have been doing CrossFit ever since. I stayed with CrossFit originally to stay in shape for my job in the military and had great success. After doing CrossFit for many years I saw how beneficial CrossFit could be for everyone and shortly after fell in love with coaching. I think my favorite thing is when I get to show beginners that CrossFit is for everyone and not just the athletes you see on social media.
